Laura-I wanted to tell you how much Bruce and I appreciated your guidance and suggestions as we remodeled the bathroom and updated the kitchen. We appreciated the fact that you listened carefully to our needs as indicated by the suggestions you made to us. We greatly appreciated the creative solutions you offered that we never would have thought about; for example, an extra cabinet, appropriate lighting, and complimentary hardware that all satisfied our requirements.

Our old kitchen had only 4 drawers we now have 17 drawers and two Lazy Susan’s so much new space. We are still trying to find things.

Equally impressive was the scheduling of the work and the quality of the tradesmen that came into our home and did the work. The project took one month from start to finish.

Char and I want to express our thanks for the superb kitchen remodel recently completed in our home. Before dealing with your company, we had talked at length with two other kitchen remodeling companies but were never able to get the help we were seeking. They didn’t seem to want to listen carefully enough to what we were saying, offered sparse assistance in design and were vague on the cost of the project. We happened by your showroom almost by accident and probably expected more of the same from you. What a pleasant surprise when you took great lengths to listen to our ideas and then by coming to our house to orient yourselves to our situation and offer some really helpful suggestions of your own. We were pleased that we not only received a comprehensive estimate of cost but a work schedule as well, even before a contract was signed.
The work started promptly and continued right on schedule to the final completion of the job. We were pleased with the contractors you engaged for the job as well. We were not greatly inconvenienced during the project and you communicated the process with us on a regular basis. Finally, there were no unpleasant surprises. You accomplished what you said you would, within the timeframe promised and no hidden charges. It was a most satisfying experience.

Mel and Bob helped me with the kitchen in my brand new house in Tubac. I had already picked Medallion for my kitchen cabinets, and I chose Southwest Kitchens over another local distributer because Mel was much more responsive to my needs. The kitchen turned out great. Mel and Bob quickly dealt with the few minor issues that came up and had their installer come out and level some of the cabinet doors and drawers. I’ve really appreciated their professionalism and caring. More recently, they’ve helped me with some accessories for the bathrooms which have Showplace cabinetry. I guess I’ve gotten so used to working with them, I just can’t stop!
We want to once again thank you for the unbelievable job that you and your crew did in “recreating” our kitchen. It by-far exceeded our expectations and we still can’t believe it is the same kitchen that you started with. The attention to detail and complete professionalism that was shown by you and your staff at the store as well as the crew that completed the work gave us such a feeling of confidence in your work that we never worried about any aspect of the job being completed to our expectations. In March of 2010 we contracted with Southwest Kitchen and Bath to reface the cabinets in our kitchen and guest bathroom. The work was done in a timely and extremely efficient manner. I commend the Installers and the Project Manager for their exceptional work – our kitchen is lovely and we have gotten many compliments on the project.
We are so thankful we found Southwest Kitchen and Bath. Mel, Bob and Darin remodeled our kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. We can’t even begin to explain how smoothly the project went. They are true craftsmen which is apparent in their attention to details. We are in the process of relocating to Scottsdale and sold our house in 1 day! We truly believe it is due to the gorgeous work done by SWKB. We wish we could take our kitchen and baths with us. It has been a pleasure to work with such incredible professionals. I love my new kitchen. I went to Southwest Kitchen and Bath with a plan in mind. Chris showed me by moving my appliances I could have more cabinet and counter space. They gave me lots of ideas and worked with me until I had everything I wanted. They gave me a start date and a finish date and my kitchen was finished ahead of time.The installers that did the remodel worked long days and left the kitchen clean at the end of the day. I’m very pleased with my kitchen and couldn’t have had a better team working with me on the design of my kitchen. Thanks to everybody again.
We have had the pleasure to have Southwest Kitchen and Bath (SWKB) remodel our kitchen in the fall of 2009 and our 2 bathrooms in 2011. All three were completed in a timely fashion and we were delighted with the outcome. The SWKB owners and all their staff were very professional, accommodating, and caring. Our SWKB designer, Laura, helped us through all three remodels. Laura saw things that could add extra appeal to our choices, which made our remodel even nicer. The installers/contractors hired or associated with SWKB were also professional accommodating. We are very confident, that if you chose SWKB, you will be a satisfied client.
We completed refacing our kitchen and bathroom cabinets in April of 2011. We were extremely pleased with the results of the refacing, but, also with the professional assistance provided to us by the staff at Southwest Kitchen & Bath. From our initial meeting at the design center with Jim Lawrence, through the installation phase with Larry Taylor and his crew, we were provided top-notch service in a timely and competent manner. We were especially pleased with the oversight and help Jim provided us throughout the entire project. We contracted for a combination of new cabinets and refacing of existing cabinetry which included a kitchen, bathrooms, laundy room and an office area. To my surprise, Southwest Kitchen and Bath made a large project seem small. From day one, I found the entire staff professional, courteous, efficient and caring. Kudo’s to our Design Consltant, Laura Wallace, who was vey helpful in assisting with suggestions that took a 30 year old kitchen that was dull, boring and well-worn and transformed it into a kitchen that is bight, cheery and gorgeous. I also appreciated her expertise in handling all the details. The installers were always on time and maintained a clean work environment. All issues were handled promptly and with satisfaction. I heartily recommend Southwest Kitchen and Bath and would be happy to use their services again.. Job well done!

It has been just over a year since Southwest Kitchen & Bath remodeled our kitchen. The entire kitchen was gutted and Chris patiently worked with us to design the new kitchen, making many suggestions that I would never have thought of. The day of final design, measuring, planning, etc. we had just about the entire staff of Southwest Kitchen in my kitchen making sure everything was ordered correctly. Their Project Manager Suzie coordinated the scheduling of everything with their contractor, from delivery of the cabinets, appliances, granite counters, etc. so that the complete installation went smoothly and on time. A year later we are still so happy that we chose Southwest Kitchen & Bath and we love our new kitchen.
Chris Maxwell at Southwest Kitchen and Bath was terrific to work with. She was very conscientious in respecting my budget and maintained communication throughout the entire project. I appreciated her experience which contributed suggestions and input, ultimately refining the ideas I had initially considered.
This was not my first kitchen remodel, but it definitely was the most efficient. From the first consultation with Chris, the project ran like a well-oiled machine: 4 weeks from tear-out to a fully functional kitchen! When selecting a vendor, customer service is our top criteria. Southwest Kitchen and Bath provides outstanding customer service and follow through. If there is any problem with the product, they will work closely with the manufacturer to resolve it to the customer’s satisfaction. The owners, staff and installers are all a delight to work with!
Kudos to Southwest Kitchen and Bath for a job well done. My home had an adequate, functional and boring 15 year old kitchen. But now I can say I have an adequate, functional and BEAUTIFUL kitchen. From design to minor details, I was impressed and delighted at each and every encounter I had with the entire team, from my walk-in beginning, throughout the install and the finishing touches. The work was done exactly on schedule and the install team maintained a clean workspace throughout the job. I enjoy working in my new kitchen – and relaxing in my new window seat (an opportunity I would have missed without the keen eye of my designer). After seeing all that it takes, I would recommend that one never attempt this project on their own. But I especially recommend Southwest Kitchen and Bath if you want to have a successful and polished outcome. You can leave all the details with these professionals.
We have thoroughly enjoyed working with Southwest Kitchen and Bath. The communication between our designer Laura Wallace, their contractor and ourselves has been excellent. There were no surprises, no unexpected costs, and no unwarranted delays. Their commitment to having our kitchen back in working order as soon as possible was impressive. We have had other remodeling done, but we have never had it run as smoothly and efficiently as we did with Southwest Kitchen. We highly recommend them and will use them for our upcoming bath remodel in the future!
