Southwest Kitchen & Bath clients have available to them a multitude of services for remodeling, new construction, and additions. We specialize in kitchens but we can do cabinet design for any room in your home.  Timely, cost-efficient, and beautiful kitchens require the guidance and hands-on expertise of experienced professionals. Design Deposit: With so many elements being considered for your project, a design deposit is required to move your project forward after the initial complimentary consultation. Payments towards a specific project are cumulative and will be deducted from the purchase price of that project. 

No Charge - Home or Plan Consultation: This initial meeting to educate you on the products and services available is complimentary. If you are building a new home and have blue prints, we will gladly review them with you. Depending on the scope of the project, this may also include a home visit to explore the possibilities for your remodeling project.

$500.00 – Single Room Design Preparation: A process which includes a needs analysis, job measurement or plan take-off by Designer , and the development of conceptual floor plan for a specified area (a kitchen, or master bath, or entertainment center, etc.).This process enables the designer to present you with a proposal for your project which includes preliminary pricing, specifications, and perspective drawings to include 2 minor revisions.  Major re-designs and subsequent pricing and proposals will be billed at $100.00 an hour.

$1,000.00 – 2-3 Room Design Preparation: This process includes a needs analysis, job measurement or plan take-off by Designer , and the development of conceptual floor plans for 2-3 rooms. The designer will present you with a proposal for your project which includes preliminary pricing, specifications, and perspective drawings to include 2 minor revisions.  Major re-designs and subsequent pricing and proposals will be billed at $100.00 an hour..

$1,500.00 – $2,500.00- 4-5 Room or Whole House Design Preparation: This process includes a needs analysis, job measurement or plan take-off by Designer, and the development of conceptual floor plans for 4-5 rooms or entire house. The designer will present you with a proposal for your project which includes preliminary pricing, specifications, and perspective drawings to include 2 minor revisions.  Major re-designs and subsequent pricing and proposals will be billed at $100.00 an hour.
